Chloe's Carousel

Chloe's Carousel=little girls paradise.  Hair done, nails polished, fashion show, walk down the red carpet, parade, special cake room.  Tutus, glitter and fairy wings.  Need I say more?!

    I love that there's a guy in between Bella and Caleigh, getting his haircut too. Hmmm...I am curious why he choses to come to this place?
