School-o-Ween

Sooo cute to see all the kiddos all dressed up. Lots of princesses, action figures, Minnie Mouse, Dorothy, kitty cats. Happy to say that my girls were the only action heros in the bunch!
The parade up to the sanctuary for the Halloween sing along.
The kids walked the "parade" route up to the sanctuary for music and songs with Miss Monica. The kids sang about 5 or so songs. Sooo cute.  After the sing along the kids each had a class party. Bijan came too. Special to have Daddy come to school.  I did facing painting in both Bella and Caleigh's classroom. I think I busted out 20 or so butterfly eyes that day-probably more.  It was a fun day.

Pumpkin Patch #2

This picture just may be one of my ultimate favorite pictures of the fearsome foursome.

The girls got lucky and managed to get a second visit in-to a different pumpkin patch.
This one too had rides, train, jumpers, petting zoo.  We didn't even get a
pumpkin!!  I am a little saddened that pumpkin patches aren't even pumpkin patches...
They are basically play areas full of all kinds of crazy stuff.  Oh, and some pumpkins...

Daddy's work

Went to Solar Turbines for "safety" day. The girls were excited to see where that mysterious place is that daddy goes to every day. Here they are in front of a gas turbine package...

The girls favorite part of the tour? The water fountain machine in Bijan's office with cups
that looked like ice cream cones.

Nope, the engines didn't impress them.  :)

Rainy day Fun

Went over to our dear friends Samantha, Emma and Lily's house on a rainy day...and what did Samantha have....yes....FACE PAINT!  Yep, the girls were in heaven!

Chloe's Carousel

Chloe's Carousel=little girls paradise.  Hair done, nails polished, fashion show, walk down the red carpet, parade, special cake room.  Tutus, glitter and fairy wings.  Need I say more?!

Pumkin Patch #1.

First trip to the pumpkin patch this season. The first of MANY I am sure. Pumpkins patches have come a long way...geesh.  This one had rides, a petting zoo and jumpers. The girls celebrated Caden's bday at this pumpkin patch.  It was probably about 85 degrees.  Feels wierd getting pumpkins when its so dang hot!

Locked in

So Caleigh locked herself in the bathroom. I mean, REALLY locked herself in.  I literally could NOT unlock the door. I messed up the hole-by putting all kinds of random stuff in there to open it.. Had to break down and call Bijan to COME HOME.  Seriously!?  Geesh, after about an hour in there, we got her out.

Needless to say, the girls are NOT allowed to lock the bathroom doors.

Disneyland!!!!

Went to Disneyland with the Lurias to celebrate Caleigh, Adam and Ben's bday.  Nana came too.  This was Adam and Benny's first time there.  It was fun not only to see Disneyland through the kids eyes, but also through the eyes of Nana.

Highlights were Small World, Dumbo, Autopia.  Surprisingly, the Jedi Training show was a hit-Bella insisted on getting a light saber as her souvenier for the day. Oh, and Tarzan's treehouse was a hit.  Bella braved it this year on Pirates of the Carribean while Cal and I sat out.

The kids were champs and powered thru-from 10 til 8:30, in the 90 degree weather with crowds of people.
