Kindergarten!!!

Today my "baby" started kindergarten. Was tough for me, Im not going to lie. Such a milestone.  So proud of my little girl.  So sad how quickly the years have flown by.  I remember like it was yesterday, when she was itty bity.  And now...she is such a big girl...so independent, so smart, so beautiful. I am so proud. 

Today the whole family took her to school.  As we were waiting to enter her classroom, her eyes welled up with tears.  I held her extra tight and told her she was going to be great.  She quickly pulled away and said, "mom, Im not crying..i just have something in my eye".  Well, I must have had something in my eye too. Actually both eyes.

She had a great day and tonight told me, "I can't wait to go back to kindergarten tomorrow!"

Oops-summer

So, I let this blogging thing slip between my fingers this summer. Too busy between the girls, Shane, summer...life. No good excuse really....just busy.
